The staff were top class customer service professionals, I felt really priviledged and all our requests were handled swiftly and professionally. The hotel itself and the surroundings were really nice and location was really convinient regarding to public traffic.

We had booked a 2 bedroom apartment for a family birthday. When we arrived we were a bit early but we were able to check in at reception and afterwards went to the bar for a drink. Whilst sat there about half an hour later the man that checked us in came over with our keys and said our apartment was ready. Very lovely of them as it was still before check in time! Hotel was so clean and really well presented, the staff couldn’t be more attentive and were willing to help with any requests or questions we had. Shout out to Lisa for making the best espresso martinis. We highly recommend having a drink at the bar. The apartment itself was perfect and spacious, lovely sized en suites and great facilities. The location to places was easy or a quick metro ride, with a short walk to the shopping district and I would highly recommend the tapas and Italian restaurants just up the street less than a 5 min walk. Fantastic. I would highly recommended this hotel. Thanks for a great stay.

We booked the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment and it exceeded expectation. The location was perfect as we didn’t realise just how big Berlin was and 5 minutes walk around the corner were many shops, restaurants, bars etc. it made this part of our trip feel a bit more ‘connected’ to a village feel when Berlin isn’t like that. The staff were helpful, the bonus was the absolute tranquility our apartment provided overlooking trees and a very quiet side street and there wasn’t one single noise over our 4 day stay and we had the windows wide open and that included a Saturday night stay. Bliss ! I would say the pool, spa and sauna was the selling point for me and they offer the facilities child free between 8-11pm. Noted the pool is not heated though. The bar downstairs is lovely and there is a supermarket minutes away on the same street. You can also walk to a handful of restaurants in minutes. We booked the 4 hour Potsdam tour - not to be missed and the operator left a short 5 minute walk from the hotel which was awesome. The rain head shower was fabulous. Included a deep bath tub / shower in the second bathroom. If I came back to Berlin I would book here again - no question.

It boasts an excellent location and refined, courteous service from the reception staff. The daily cleaning standards are outstanding, and concierge service is available. It will be my first choice when I decide to visit Berlin again.

Having the space of 2 beds and 2 bathrooms. The Christmas Eve dinner was superb. The staff were very helpful and the lobby and bar area inviting. The location was good for shopping.
